PPAC Shooting Team
The PPAC Shooting Team is a sub-committee of the PPAC, made up of officers from around the Phoenix Police Department.
We started the Shooting Team in 2004 to get Phoenix police officers more involved in shooting sports so they could see that it is possible to enjoy shooting - particularly when it is outside of mandatory training or qualification.
We believe that if officers have fun shooting and join our matches it will help them develop skills that will carry over to the street.
Team members are heavily involved in handgun action style shooting matches and have shot in many USPSA National and Area Championships.

Phoenix Police Explorer Program
Each year we get 40 Phoenix Police Explorers to help us at the match. They pick up all of your brass, tape targets, reset stages, help with lunch and much more.
